You can delete your Carreras Panamá app account at any time, free of charge. It is permanent and cannot be undone.
1. From the app (immediate)
- Open the Carreras Panamá app and sign in.
- Go to Profile and tap the gear at the top (or the Settings row).
- At the bottom of the list, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password. If you sign in with Google or Apple, type DELETE.
- Tap Delete my account. It is deleted right away and the app returns to the sign-in screen.
2. Without the app
Write to us from your account's email at administracion@carreraspanama.com with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete it within a maximum of 10 business days and confirm it by email.
3. What is deleted
- Your profile, photo and personal details.
- Your activities with their photos, your statistics and the routes you recommended.
- Your Prestige points, medals and achievements.
- Your AI Training plan and your answers to the coach (pain reports and reviews).
- Your community and group memberships, training attendance and promotion redemptions.
- Your registration details, your live shares, your notices and the codes and invitations linked to your email.
4. What is kept
- Medal scans remain only as anonymous statistics, without your account.
- Technical server logs and backups are deleted within up to 90 days.
- What is stored only on your phone (unsent runs, Face ID or fingerprint and your settings) is deleted when you uninstall the app.
5. Registrations and results on this website
Your registrations and results on carreraspanama.com do not depend on your app account, so they are not deleted with it. If you also want us to delete that data, ask in the same email. If it is linked to paid orders or tax records, we will keep only what is strictly required by law (see the Privacy policy).
